This pole based workshop with Tiffany Rose is a beginner to intermediate class that focuses on tricks and transitions that look swift or difficult but are actually deceptively simple. This is a great way for dancers to add accents and drama to any piece. All work is done on static pole.

In this workshop you will learn low flow pole skills and moves in heels like balancing moves, drops & flairs. Next to being a badass moving through these tricks and transitions you will also always learn how to enter and exit them with flow by learning them as mini sequences. Jazzy will give you many variations so you can choose your favorite and to find your own style and make the moves yours.

Floorwork can bring your pole dancing to the next level of awesomeness! In the first part of this workshop with Jazzy you will learn acrobatic sexy floor moves to improve your skills. In the second part you will learn a small choreography to connect the moves to music and feel like a dancer (different variations given).

Learn acrobatic drills and precise techniques to achieve effortless pole flips. Progressions will be provided. E.g backflip & butterfly flip, brass flip.
Prerequisites: Confidence with pirouettes, fan kicks and beginner spins on static pole such as chair spin, carousel, etc.

Hypno Choreo (Intermediate/Advanced) with Pole Kitten
Learn Kathryn’s signature tricky choreo including a mix of threads and hard style elements. Closed toe boots are recommended. Kneepads are required.
Prerequisites: Confidence with dancing in heels, inverting from the floor, pole-assisted handstand/ forearm stand, one-handed spins on static pole.

Split Fabric Theory & Sequencing “Binary Benders” — Int/adv level with Dara Minkin
One of Dara Minkin (AKA Aerial Design)’s favorite and most unique explorations of aerial theory, a binary bender is a multi-rotational drop with two fabrics having separate roles.

Cartwheels — Intermediate level with Dara Minkin
Introducing a Dara Minkin (AKA Aerial Design) workshop focused on the vertical plane. Let’s go bananas! Formally known as lateral flexion, we are going to work on two different variations of cartwheels in a sequence. The primary focus of this master class is to assess the two primary types of cartwheels. You’ll leave this workshop with a new appreciation for banana science!

Straddle ups — Beginner level with Dara Minkin
Inversions are one of the most crucial building blocks in the aerial language. You will be guided through the fundamentals of inverting. This workshop isn’t just for beginners, it provides useful information for instructors who want to deepen their knowledge to support their student base. Learn tips and tricks for needed mobility, deep core, back strength, and straight leg techniques. Also great for pole dancers!
