Intro to Pole Dance: Level 1 series (January)
If you’ve always wanted to try pole dance or have taken a couple of beginner pole classes but you’re serious about moving up, then sign up! This 4 week series is designed for absolute beginners or current level 1 students who want a more personalized and expedited advancement through the level 1 curriculum. Each week we’ll introduce foundational skills and sequences with tips on how to train them. We’ll develop your pole vocabulary, skin tolerance, body awareness and strength so you have the framework and confidence to advance to the next level. Level 2 here you come!

Beginner Aerial Taster Series (January)
In this 4 week Beginner Aerial Taster Series you’ll try aerial silks, lyra, aerial pole, and hammock with an assortment of our aerial instructors. Classes includes a different apparatus each week to try.

Level 2 Pole Dance Series (January)
In this 4 week Level 2 Pole Dance Series we’ll continue developing the pole foundation you mastered in Level 1 by expanding your pole vocabulary, body awareness and strength in a more personalized learning environment. Each week we'll meet to cheer each other on as we practice fundamental pole skills including climbing, inversions, spin pole control, and more.

Spiralling (Beginner+ pole) with Estefania
This pole based workshop with Estefania includes a 30 minute full body warm up with some conditioning exercises. In this workshop students will learn two static combos, focusing on creating fluidity in motion by exploring upright rotations, maximizing spin on static by learning fun and interesting transitions to level up your static pole repertoire.
Beginner+ pole dancers

Static Badassery (Int/adv pole) with Estefania
This pole tricks based workshop with Estefania includes a 30 minute full body warm up with upper body strengthening drills. This workshop is all about fun and dynamic combinations of static elements as power spins, chopper inverts and handstands. All in a safe and progressive environment.
Intermediate/advanced pole dancers

Liquid Silver (All levels pole) with Estefania
This workshop with Estefania includes a 20 minute full body warm up: with upper body mobility exercises. Students will learn the technique of the iconic old school movements as walks, orbits, turns, and switches, and how to make it look smooth, controlled and sensuous; just like a cat moving around. Perfect for all level pole dancers who wants to improve and level up the foundations and stability.

Badass Slayography (Beginner/Intermediate) with Jazzy K
In this workshop you will learn low flow pole skills and moves in heels like balancing moves, drops & flairs. Next to being a badass moving through these tricks and transitions you will also always learn how to enter and exit them with flow by learning them as mini sequences. Jazzy will give you many variations so you can choose your favorite and to find your own style and make the moves yours.

Floorwork can bring your pole dancing to the next level of awesomeness! In the first part of this workshop with Jazzy you will learn acrobatic sexy floor moves to improve your skills. In the second part you will learn a small choreography to connect the moves to music and feel like a dancer (different variations given).

Pretty Metal Chains invites you to take the next step into your unique Aerial Chains journey. This workshop will offer a short refresher on what you learned in Intro to Chains/Heavy Metals then we will explore more foundational techniques such as transitions, new shapes and dynamics to explore, and will end with a short choreography.

Hypno Flow Combos (High Beginner/Intermediate) with Pole Kitten
Learn acrobatic drills and precise techniques to achieve effortless pole flips. Progressions will be provided. E.g backflip & butterfly flip, brass flip.
Prerequisites: Confidence with pirouettes, fan kicks and beginner spins on static pole such as chair spin, carousel, etc.

Hypno Choreo (Intermediate/Advanced) with Pole Kitten
Learn Kathryn’s signature tricky choreo including a mix of threads and hard style elements. Closed toe boots are recommended. Kneepads are required.
Prerequisites: Confidence with dancing in heels, inverting from the floor, pole-assisted handstand/ forearm stand, one-handed spins on static pole.

Basework Flips (Intermediate/Advanced) with Pole Kitten
Learn acrobatic drills and precise techniques to achieve effortless pole flips. Progressions will be provided. E.g backflip & butterfly flip, brass flip.

Split Fabric Theory & Sequencing “Binary Benders” — Int/adv level with Dara Minkin
One of Dara Minkin (AKA Aerial Design)’s favorite and most unique explorations of aerial theory, a binary bender is a multi-rotational drop with two fabrics having separate roles.

Cartwheels — Intermediate level with Dara Minkin
Introducing a Dara Minkin (AKA Aerial Design) workshop focused on the vertical plane. Let’s go bananas! Formally known as lateral flexion, we are going to work on two different variations of cartwheels in a sequence. The primary focus of this master class is to assess the two primary types of cartwheels. You’ll leave this workshop with a new appreciation for banana science!

Straddle ups — Beginner level with Dara Minkin
Inversions are one of the most crucial building blocks in the aerial language. You will be guided through the fundamentals of inverting. This workshop isn’t just for beginners, it provides useful information for instructors who want to deepen their knowledge to support their student base. Learn tips and tricks for needed mobility, deep core, back strength, and straight leg techniques. Also great for pole dancers!
