Space Rental Policies

All renters & guests are required to sign up for a Wellness Living Account and sign our soFly Social Student Waiver. Guests may access a waiver here.

Self-Serve Space Rental is for personal practice only, and cannot be rented for profit purposes. All renters must have existing pole experience.

Self-Serve Space Rental is for the renter and up to two guests. A maximum of 3 individuals may be in the space per rental session.
*This is not a Chuck E Cheese for adults. You may not rent this space to throw a free for all party.

All reservations are priced on a per hour basis. We do not offer discounts for multiple hours of rentals or increments of time.
The expectation is that you pay for any time you are in the space. If you anticipate needing time before or after your reservation, please factor that into your rental. We offer a 10 minute grace period to exit. Being in the space outside of the bounds of your reservation will incur additional rental fees.

Rentals have an early cancellation policy of 6 hours before reservation time. If you cancel ahead of that time, your rental fee remains on your account as a credit, and you may reschedule with no penalty.
Reservation cancellations/changes within 6 hours of your reservation time and no-shows will be charged as a used reservation.

Self-Serve Rentals are available from 9 am - 11:30 pm daily when the Room 101 is not actively utilized for classes.
Entering Room 101 outside of a scheduled reservation, accessing Room 102 during a rental, or accessing the lobby when it is closed are grounds for permanent termination of rental rights. -
Advanced 24/7 internal and external remote security monitoring is in place. Do not do anything illegal or we will know*.

You will automatically incur fees for, but not limited to:
Damage to the studio (walls, floor, mirrors, apparatuses, etc)
Theft
Excessive cleaning (ie: confetti, glitter, feathers, etc)

Renters and rental participants must be 18+. Minors are not permitted in the space during rentals.

Animals are not permitted.

soFly Social is not responsible for any injuries that occur during a Self Serve Studio Rental, to the renter or to any guests of the renter who may be in the space during rental.
Space Rental FAQ
How do I reserve a Self-Serve Studio Rental?
You can view studio availability and secure a reservation through our Wellness Living portal on the Studio Rental tab.
If you are a new renter, we will follow up with you via email prior to your reservation to sign our Rental Waiver, create a keycard, and share our Studio Rental Handbook with information on how to use the various features of the space.
On-Demand Self-Serve Studio Rental
After you have completed your first rental, you will automatically be enrolled in our On-Demand Self-Serve Studio Rental. You can rent the studio without advanced notice, pending studio availability. This service also includes Holidays!
I require specific recurring rental times on a weekly/monthly basis. How can I guarantee my rental time?
Please contact us directly for guaranteed recurring rentals.

Can I rig my own aerial apparatus or modify the space’s pole layout?
No, you may not rig your own aerial apparatus or remove any poles from the space.
Can I come early?
The expectation is that you pay for any time you use for the space. If you anticipate needing time before or after class please factor that into your rental.
Is there a manual to help me use the space?
Yes, if you are a renter you will receive access to our Studio Rental Handbook page via email.
