Private Party Policies

Party requests made within 24 hours of session time may not be able to be accommodated. We recommend requesting appointments as early in advance as possible.

We will reschedule any private party with 24 hours notice or more with no penalty.

All sales are final and non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, we require at least 48 hours notice. With proper notice, we are happy to work with you to reschedule based on availability.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled party time will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
No shows and same day cancellations will forfeit the session.
We understand that life happens and will always do our best to accommodate when possible, but this policy allows us to respect our instructors’ time and maintain a high quality experience for all guests.

Please save the drinking and any mind-altering substances for after class. We want you to have a good time and to ensure your safety, as well as the safety of your guests.
If you arrive inebriated we will be unable to teach your class and a refund will not be issued. After class, we will have champagne & chocolates and will allow plenty of time for pictures!

Your party starts at the reserved time, and lateness will result in a shorter session. Tardiness exceeding 15 minutes is subject to cancellation and you will be charged for the session with no refunds.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. We understand plans can change and will gladly assist with rescheduling based on availability.

Any changes to your party size or party type must be communicated no later than 24 hours before the start of your party, either in writing to info@sofly.social or by calling us directly at (512) 572-1359
