Private Party Policies

  • When you request a party appointment we hold a deposit of 50% of the party fee on a credit card.

    Party requests made within 24 hours of session time may not be able to be accommodated. We recommend requesting appointments as early in advance as possible.

  • We will reschedule any private party with 24 hours notice or more with no penalty.

  • If a cancellation request is made 1 week prior to your reservation date, we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

    If a cancellation request is made 2-6 days prior to your reservation we will refund 50% of your deposit.

    If you cancel with 24 hours or less notice you will be charged in full for the party.

    Please cancel your reservation as early as possible to avoid charges.

  • Please save the drinking and any mind-altering substances for after class. We want you to have a good time and to ensure your safety, as well as the safety of your guests. 

    If you arrive inebriated we will be unable to teach your class and a refund will not be issued. After class, we will have champagne & chocolates and will allow plenty of time for pictures!

  • Your party starts at the reserved time, and lateness will result in a shorter session. Tardiness exceeding 15 minutes is subject to cancellation and you will be charged for the session with no refunds.

  • We do not provide refunds for parties. If you took the class, you pay for the party.

  • Any changes to your party size or party type must be communicated no later than 24 hours before the start of your party, either in writing to info@sofly.social or by calling us directly at (512) 572-1359
