Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL. For assistance, reply HELP. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

soFly Social uses text messaging to respond to customer initiated inquiries. When a customer calls the studio, they receive a text message explaining that we use text based support. If the customer replies YES, they opt in to receiving support related text messages. We do not send any marketing messages.

Party and event inquiry support
Studio rental availability
Account related questions or operational updates
We do not send advertisements, promotions, or marketing offers.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. You may receive 1 to 4 messages per support interaction. You will not receive recurring messages unless you initiate a conversation.
