Event & Workshop Policies

A liability waiver is required for all classes, workshops, and party participants.

We welcome students 18 years old and above to attend classes at soFly Social.

No refunds. All event purchases / workshops sales are final.

if you are on the waitlist for a workshop and do not make it onto the roster, we will refund your money

If you're unable to attend an event or workshop, you're welcome to have another student take your place. Please coordinate directly with one another to arrange the transfer.

We allow a 5-minute grace period after the scheduled start time for arrival.

Students who arrive after this period may be admitted at the discretion of the event or workshop instructor.

We want you to be present and engaged with your instructor and fellow students when you are in class. Therefore, we do not allow video recordings or pictures during class. At the end of class, your instructor will give you time to record or take photos after the instruction ends.

Please be courteous and ensure that you are only filming yourself or that you have the consent of any other individual in your video — including your instructor. 

Please do not post videos to any online platform that contains other people without their prior knowledge and consent. Item description

Tripods are allowed in class, provided they don’t interfere with other students’ experience. We suggest using a mini or tabletop tripod placed discreetly. If a tripod becomes a safety concern, the instructor may ask the student to put it away.

Camera suction mounts are not allowed on the studio windows. The vinyl covering on the windows prevents a secure seal, which increases the risk of your camera or phone falling.

Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
