  • If you’re new to pole, you’ll need to start in Level 1 to develop the vocabulary, foundational strength, and skin conditioning required for Level 2. We recommend at least attending four classes to start.

  • Please review the class requirements of the classes you are interested in attending to make sure you are within the appropriate level. You can see all of our class requirements on our Class Description page.

  • Our classes are frequently waitlisted so we highly recommend registering beforehand on our scheduling app at least 3 hours in advance of class.

  • Group class reservations open up 7 days in advance at the class’s scheduled time.

  • Yes, we have a minimum of two students. If a single student is signed up for class 3 hours prior to class time, we will cancel class and the student will keep their class pass/credit.

  • We can promote students into class up to 1 hour in advance of class. If you do not make it off the waitlist your pass is returned to your account for future use.

  • We welcome all people ages 18 and above regardless of gender identity, physique, or if you like dogs or cats more.

  • Don't come to class under the influence of drugs or alcohol and don't be discriminatory.

    We do not tolerate words and actions of racism, sexism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, ageism, body shaming, and sex-worker shaming.

  • No, we do not permit anybody under the age of 18 in the studio regardless if they are chaperoned by an adult or not.

    This is because we value the freedom that comes with movement, and do not suppress the freedom to move in any way a person wants to, including in a more adult and provocative way for our classes, performances and events.

  • No pets are permitted in the studio. Although we are a studio of animal lovers, it is disruptive to have animals in group classes. Our primary concern is for students with allergies, and the potential for human or animal injury in class.

    If you require the services of a trained service animal, please contact us directly to schedule a discounted private lesson.

  • No. Only active participants are allowed to be inside the studio during class time.

    Our studio is very small and we do not permit friends, significant others, and relatives to wait inside. We encourage them to wait at the many casual coffee, bar, and dining establishments nearby.

  • Everything we do is physically challenging. Be smart and be responsible, let the instructor know prior to the start of class if there's anything physical that we need to be aware of.

    We will try to modify our lesson for you so you can have a great experience without causing unnecessary stress to the body.

  • No. Passes, packages, and memberships are non-transferable.

  • Group Classes, Privates and Semi-Privates

    Parties
    We do not offer discounted rates for parties. Parties are a special, high energy, and unique experience. 💁‍♀️

    Space Rentals
    We do not offer discounted rates for multiple hours of rentals. All rentals are priced equally per hour.

  • We encourage you to talk & make friends with your classmates, share apparatuses, and give positive feedback.

    Encourage your classmates when you see them struggle and help give them the power to succeed.

    Be present in the moment and keep your phone on silent while in class.
