Private Lesson Policies

Private and Semi-Private lessons are paid in full at time of reservation.

Private and Semi-Private lesson requests made within 24 hours of session time may not be able to be accommodated. We recommend requesting appointments as early in advance as possible.

If you have a specific instructor that you want to take a private lesson with, we recommend connecting with them ahead of time to coordinate schedules.

When a time is decided on, book a private for that time and indicate the instructor you wish to train with in the reservation questionnaire. If the instructor is not available, we will look to reschedule to guarantee you get your time with them.

We will reschedule any private or semi-private lessons with 24 hours notice or more with no penalty.

We only permit up to 3 participants in a private lesson. If you have more participants wanting a private event, we highly recommend booking a private party for the best experience!

All private lessons are non-refundable.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private lesson. With proper notice, we are happy to move your session to a new date based on availability.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will forfeit the session.

No shows will forfeit the session.

Your session starts at the reserved time, and lateness will result in a shorter session. Tardiness exceeding 15 minutes is subject to cancellation and you will be charged for the session with no refunds.

All private lesson purchases are final. While we do not offer refunds, we are always happy to help reschedule your session based on availability and in accordance with our cancellation policy.
