Our group classes are $35 for a single class. We also have a wide array of class pass and membership options.

Pole Skills

  • Level 1 Pole

    If you have never tried pole dancing before and are curious, Level 1 Pole is for you! This 1-hour class is a sample-sized nibble of fun. You will be introduced to the pole through various basic movements, including dips, slides, poses, and spins.

    No experience is necessary.

  • Level 2 Pole

    Level 2 Pole provides a strong foundation for a successful pole journey. We'll concentrate on strength, body awareness, and floor work. Students will work on individual moves and stringing movements together to create simple combinations.

    Requirements: 4 Level 1 Pole classes or instructor permission.

  • Level Up Study Group (L2+)

    This intimate class—max 6 students—focuses on polishing the fundamental moves and conditioning that allow dancers to confidently advance to level 3 and beyond: leg hangs, crucifix from invert, hip locks, flares, grips and more. Get focused attention from your instructor, as well as other students, as we learn together how to identify the detailed body adjustments that make a move go from sketchy to solid! Ideal for students who’ve been in level 2 for awhile and are looking to transition to level 3, or level 3 students who want to refresh the basics. 

    Requirements: Level 2+ with strong, controlled invert to chopper/straddle

  • Level 3 Pole

    Level 3 Pole classes continue to build on a students’ growing movement foundation supported by moves that begin to challenge their physical & mental boundaries. With a focus on combos, you will start to gain stamina. Pole skills learned to include inside/outside leg hangs, caterpillar climbs, shoulder mount, and reverse grab spin.

    Requirements: This class requires a controlled standard inversion; true and side climbs; inverted crucifix; flight attendant/Jasmine; figurehead; static chair spin and ability to combo static spins.

  • Level 4 Pole

    Level 4 Pole is the next level for Level 3 students ready to take the next leap! The emphasis is on building off the foundations learned in Intermediate to more advanced tricks with sequences together to challenge stamina. Students are presented with a wide breadth of tricks and movement styles to encourage exploration to see what works with their movement voice. Spin pole is a vital component of the curriculum.

    Requirements: This class requires an aerial inversion; shoulder mount; inside and outside leg hangs; hip lock; static reverse grab spin; laybacks.

  • Flex & Fly (L4+)

    This one-hour class teaches how to apply your flexibility practice toward pole tricks. The first half of class will focus on flexibility and mobility drills, and the second half will apply your increased range of motion to pole skills requiring extra mobility. Level-specific options for pole skills will be provided. Each week will focus on drills and skills for back/shoulder flexibility, hip/lower body flexibility, or a combination of both.

    Requirements: This class requires an aerial inversion; both leg hangs; shoulder mount to crucifix; reverse grab spin; and laybacks. We highly encourage bringing your yoga mats as we do not provide mats.

  • Level 5 Pole

    This is a trick combo-based class for our most advanced students. We build off the foundations learned in Intermediate Pole, introduce more advanced tricks, and sequence them together to challenge stamina. Students are presented with a wide breadth of tricks and movement styles to encourage exploration to see what works with their movement voice. Skills covered in Level 5 Pole include handsprings, ayeshas, tumbles and drops, hand balancing, and extreme flexibility moves.

    Requirements: This class requires aerial leg hangs; aerial shoulder mount; butterfly; superhuman; circus climb; and leg switches through Tammy.

  • Drop It Like It's Hot (L5)

    This level 5 trick-based class focuses on advanced static pole skills such as drops, flips, tumbles, and static rotation. Students will learn to combine these highly dynamic skills in a combo format.

    Students must be very strong in the following skills on both sides: inside/outside leg hang, brass monkey, aerial invert, shoulder mount, extended butterfly, layback, and iguana. Students must be comfortable with height, as some combos require starting at the top of the pole.

Spin Pole

  • Level 2 Spin Pole

    Level 2 Spin pole class supplies tools for strong spin pole climbs, shapes, transitions, and basic inverts. We'll condition the body for spinning through form and movement drills and a review of fundamentals such as preventing dizziness and controlling speed while flying around the pole. Come ready to hang on tight and upgrade your spin pole flow!

    Requirements: Four Level 1 Pole classes and a strong climb on static pole

  • Low Flow Spin Pole (L2+)

    Do you love spin pole combos but are realizing you can't spend all your time in the air? Do you struggle with coming up with basework or low-flow elements to add variety to your spin pole combos? Low Flow Spin Pole is for the Level 2+ student who wants to diversify their ability by adding heel technique, but still focus on spin pole. Every class will include a short heels technique section, adapting certain static pole dance classics for spin pole, and include a short sequence on the pole that will have maximum one climb.

    Requirements: High pole level 2 ability. Must be able to perform controlled climbs on spin pole and hold their body weight in the air for a minimum of one rotation. Heels with a minimum 7in heel recommended, all styles are fine except for suede boots.

  • Spinography (L2+)

    Spinography L2+ class is a fun sexy class teaching choreo on spin pole as well as supplying tools for strong spin pole climbs, shapes, and transitions. We'll condition the body for spinning through form and movement drills and a review of fundamentals such as how to prevent dizziness and how to control speed while flying around the pole.

    Requirements: Four Level 1 Pole classes or instructor permission.

  • Level 3 Spin Pole (L3+)

    Level 3 Spin Pole continues to build on a students’ growing movement foundation supported by moves that begin to challenge their physical & mental boundaries. With a focus on spin fundamentals and combos, you will start to gain spin stamina and fluidity. 

    Requirements: A controlled standard inversion; true and side climbs; inverted crucifix; flight attendant/Jasmine; and figurehead  

  • Spinography (L3+)

    Spinography L3+ Spin Pole class supplies tools for strong spin pole climbs, shapes, transitions, inverts, and leg hangs. We'll review the fundamentals of spin pole while building combos and choreography. Come ready to hang on tight and upgrade your spin pole flow!

    Requirements: This class requires a standard inversion, both standard & side climbs, chair spin, 2-part combo static spin (any combo that you are comfortable with), inverted crucifix, flight attendant, figurehead, inside/ outside leg hang.

  • Level 4 Spin Pole

    This skill-based spin pole class refines foundations learned in previous levels and includes more advanced holds with sequences which challenge strength and spin stamina. You will learn a variety of shapes, transitions, combos, and points of contact while smoothing your spin flow.

    Requirements: Aerial inversion; shoulder mount; inside and outside leg hangs; hip lock; and laybacks

  • Level 5 Spin Pole

    Level 5 Spin Pole classes continue to build on a student’s growing movement foundation supported by moves that begin to challenge their physical & mental boundaries, with a focus on combos, and progressions.

    Requirements: This class requires a strong butterfly on both sides, caterpillar climb, aerial shoulder mount, aerial jamilla, hang glider, superman, circus climb with rotation, iguana layback, jade or dutchess, tammy switch.

Pole Heelwork

  • Heels for Beginners

    A deep dive into heel technique for dancers with some level of pole experience. If you would like to break down the common techniques and movement patterns seen in heels choreo classes, then this class is for you.

    Requirements: Four Level 1 Pole classes or instructor permission. Please bring a dance shoe with a 7“ or 8” heel. While sandals are recommended, boots will be fine too! Knee pads are recommended.

  • Stripperina Flow (L1+)

    This choreography-based class focuses on come-hither movement around the pole, floor play, and fluid pole-to-floor, floor-to-pole transitions. Warm-ups usually include leg waves, body rolls, hip flexor mobility, and general flexibility stretches to get prepped for the pole. A new routine will be taught every 2-3 weeks, a blend of Old School and “Stripperina” style, as described by Gemini.

    Requirements: Understanding of pirouettes and basic grips/holds learned in classes such as Level 1 Pole, Slink & Slide, Heels & Feels, or similar classes. Heels 7" or 8" are required.

  • Slink & Slide (L2+)

    This is an intermediate heels choreography class. In this fun, but challenging class, you will learn proper ankle engagement and muscle control which will help you confidently slink around the pole and slide on the floor. Slink & Slide will incorporate “right out of the box” foot and heel exercises with choreography, that ranges from Old School Style and Exotic Flow, to help you grow in your heel movement journey!

    Requirements: At least a Level 2 Pole student. Must have a solid Pirouette, Fireman/Firefighter spin, and a Carousel spin. 7"+ heels (sandals with ankle straps or boots) are required. Knee pads are highly recommended.

  • Closer to God in Heels (L2+)

    Bring your highest heels and Sunday best for sexy pole church. Be prepared to serve, sway and slay in this pole choreography class that incorporates elements of basework, floorwork and low flow into a heels-focused routine that will leave you feeling more connected to your inner pole goddess and ready for a rewarding, post-class Sunday brunch.

    Routines will rotate monthly to provide lots of time to embody the choreo and make it your own.

    Requirements: Some Level 2 Pole experience. 7” heels or higher and knee pads are highly encouraged!

  • Heels & Feels (L2+)

    Heels & Feels is an easygoing, feel-good pole dancing session for the end of your long work week. This heels-centric pole choreography class will make you feel sassy and frisky.

    Requirements: Some Level 2 Pole experience. 7” heels or higher and knee pads are highly encouraged! Must have a solid Pirouette, Fireman/Firefighter spin, and a Carousel spin. Platform heels only 6in- 8in (no regular heels please), knee pads highly encouraged!

  • Stiletto Flow (L2+)

    This choreography-based class focuses on intermediate level heel technique and transitions. A new routine will be taught every 2-4 weeks. Routines may be a blend of Old School style, Flow style, and Classique.

    Requirements: This class is for Level 2+ students and above. Heels 7” or 8” required (8” sandal Pleasers recommended). Knee pads encouraged.

  • Haus of Clacks (L2+)

    Haus of Clacks is where you will learn a short routine in Ambers's signature style that is fun and energetic! Learn how to hit sharp beats in the music and show off your sexy, sassy musicality and moves.

    Required: This is a class for Level 2 + students. 7" or higher heels (boots strongly recommended) and knee pads

  • Sassy Stilettos (L2+)

    Clack your heels and clap your cheeks in this flirty pole choreography class!

    Requirements: Suitable for Level 2 pole students and up. Knee pads are required, and heels are required!

  • Heel Lab (L3+)

    Heel Lab is a class focusing on the fluidity of movement, heel techniques such as slides & glides, extension of movement, levity, transitions, and shapes. Students will be presented with different weekly exercises, from collaborative choreography, emotional prompts, or a specific heel technique.

    Requirements: This class requires a pole sit, jasmine, and the ability to hold a split grip pencil. 7” heels (sandals with ankle straps strongly preferred) or higher, shorts, and knee pads are highly encouraged!

  • Work da Base Foundations (L2+)

    This class focuses on the introductory techniques necessary to build a dynamic heel movement dance style. We’ll explore how to engage the body and properly distribute weight in your heels to optimize movement, leverage momentum with control, and exit/land out of dynamic moves safely.

    Requirements: At least a Level 2 pole student. Must have a solid pirouette, carousel spin, and chair spin. Bring 7”+ heels (boots preferred) and knee pads!

  • Work da Base (L4+)

    Work da Base focuses on exploring Intermediate and Advanced dynamic heel based movement on the floor and at the bottom half the pole. Focus will be on developing acrobatic floorwork skills (low rolls, kips, flips, pole assisted inverted shapes) and then build onto these skills with heelwork transitions and decoration. Progressions will be provided for different levels and experiences.

    Requirements: This class requires a strong pole foundation, including inside and outside leg hang. Experience with brass monkey and half iguana handstands against pole is ideal. 7-9” stiletto boots and knee pads strongly recommended.

Pole Dance

  • Finding Flow (L2+)

    This class is about learning low-flow movement phrases on and off the pole and developing your unique transitions to connect them in a style unique to how you like to move.

    Requirements: This class is for Level 2+ students

  • Low Flow (L2+)

    Low Flow is about helping you embrace and cultivate more fluidity in your movement through choreographed sequences that are designed to take you around the base of the pole & the floor. This class is a great way to ease into more FreeStyle-based classes and help you build more vocabulary to add to your unique movement expression. 

    Requirement: This class is for Level 2+ students. Bring knee pads. If you have heels, bring those also. We may or may not include heel work, depending on what the theme of the sequence is. 

  • Contemporary Pole

    This is a non-heels, pole choreography based class rooted in contemporary dance. You will learn to incorporate emotion into your choreography and dance with intention. Movements can range from slow and flowy, to thrashy and high energy. This is an excellent class for those who want to focus less on the technique, and more about feeling the movement and letting it all go on the dance floor. Letting your hair down is highly recommended.

    Requirements: Must be comfortable with basic spins, fan kicks, pirouettes, and bearing weight in split grip. Ability to shoulder stand is a plus, but not required.

    Wear anything you feel comfortable moving in. The more fabric, the better to allow for sliding on the floor. Sweatpants, leggings, baggy sweaters, and knee socks are all welcome. Socks and knee pads are highly recommended. No shoes.

Open Practice

  • Open Pole

    Open Pole is time for you to come in and use the space as you wish -- to train, dance, or nap.

    No skills will be taught during Open Pole, but the hosting instructor is available for spotting.

    Individuals are required to have existing pole experience to join open practice sessions.

  • Super Open Studio

    This open training experience includes access to both standard poles and our aerial room with the options for Lyra (AKA aerial hoop), silks, and aerial pole. You can use the space to practice anything you can safely do but no new skills are taught this hour. The hosting instructor is available for spotting, lighting, music, and rigging requests.

    Please note that we have 6 aerial rigging points available on a first come first served basis.

    Individuals are required to have existing pole or aerial experience to join open practice sessions.
