Our group classes are $35 for a single class. We also have a wide array of class pass and membership options.
Pole Skills

Level 1 Pole
If you have never tried pole dancing before and are curious, Level 1 Pole is for you! This 1-hour class is a sample-sized nibble of fun. You will be introduced to the pole through various basic movements, including dips, slides, poses, and spins.

No experience is necessary.

Level 2 Pole
Level 2 Pole provides a strong foundation for a successful pole journey. We'll concentrate on strength, body awareness, and floor work. Students will work on individual moves and stringing movements together to create simple combinations.
You'll learn fun party tricks like climbing, inversions, leg hangs, and spins. #InvestInFreeDrinks
Requirements: 4 Level 1 Pole classes or instructor permission.

Level 3 Pole
Level 3 Pole classes continue to build on a students’ growing movement foundation supported by moves that begin to challenge their physical & mental boundaries. With a focus on combos, you will start to gain stamina. Pole skills learned to include inside/outside leg hangs, caterpillar climbs, shoulder mount, and reverse grab spin.
Requirements: This class requires a controlled standard inversion; true and side climbs; inverted crucifix; flight attendant/Jasmine; figurehead; static chair spin and ability to combo static spins.

Dynamic Pole (L3+)
In this intermediate+ baddie hour we’ll investigate dynamic pole elements such as drops, jumps and flips. You’ll learn how to safely build toward your most explosive pole dreams using safety aids, pole theory, momentum and lots of hype!
Requirements: Leg hangs, layback, aerial inversion. Indoor shoes such as tennis shoes or combat boots recommended; kneepads optional

Level 4+ Pole
Ya’ll ready to get wild? Level 4 Pole is the next level for Level 3 students ready to take the next leap! The emphasis is on building off the foundations learned in Intermediate to more advanced tricks with sequences together to challenge stamina. Students are presented with a wide breadth of tricks and movement styles to encourage exploration to see what works with their movement voice. Spin pole is a vital component of the curriculum.
Requirements: This class requires an aerial inversion; shoulder mount; inside and outside leg hangs; hip lock; static reverse grab spin; laybacks.

Level 2 Spin Pole
Level 2 Spin pole class supplies tools for strong spin pole climbs, shapes, transitions, and basic inverts. We'll condition the body for spinning through form and movement drills and a review of fundamentals such as preventing dizziness and controlling speed while flying around the pole. Come ready to hang on tight and upgrade your spin pole flow!
Requirements: Four Level 1 Pole classes and a strong climb on static pole

Low Flow Spin Pole Heels (L2+)
Do you love spin pole combos but are realizing you can't spend all your time in the air? Do you struggle with coming up with basework or low-flow elements to add variety to your spin pole combos? Low Flow Spin Pole is for the Level 2+ student who wants to diversify their ability by adding heel technique, but still focus on spin pole. Every class will include a short heels technique section, adapting certain static pole dance classics for spin pole, and include a short sequence on the pole that will have maximum one climb.
Requirements: High pole level 2 ability. Must be able to perform controlled climbs on spin pole and hold their body weight in the air for a minimum of one rotation. Heels with a minimum 7” heel recommended, all styles are fine except for suede boots.

Level 3 Spin Pole (L3+)
Level 3 Spin Pole continues to build on a students’ growing movement foundation supported by moves that begin to challenge their physical & mental boundaries. With a focus on spin fundamentals and combos, you will start to gain spin stamina and fluidity.
Requirements: A controlled standard inversion; true and side climbs; inverted crucifix; flight attendant/Jasmine; and figurehead

Low Flow Spin Pole Heels (L3+)
Can’t stop spinning? Low Flow Spin Pole is for Level 3+ students who want to elevate their heel technique on spin pole. Every class will include a short heels technique section, guidance on adapting static classics for spin pole, and an intermediate pole sequence with a maximum of two climbs.
Requirements: Level 3+ ability. Heels with a minimum 7in heel recommended, all styles are fine except for suede boots.

Heels for Beginners
A deep dive into heel technique for dancers with some level of pole experience. If you would like to break down the common techniques and movement patterns seen in heels choreo classes, then this class is for you.
Requirements: Four Level 1 Pole classes or instructor permission. Please bring a dance shoe with a 7“ or 8” heel. While sandals are recommended, boots will be fine too! Knee pads are recommended.

Closer to God in Heels (L2+)
Bring your highest heels and Sunday best for sexy pole church. Be prepared to serve, sway and slay in this pole choreography class that incorporates elements of basework, floorwork and low flow into a heels-focused routine that will leave you feeling more connected to your inner pole goddess and ready for a rewarding, post-class Sunday brunch.
Routines will rotate monthly to provide lots of time to embody the choreo and make it your own.
Requirements: Some Level 2 Pole experience. 7” heels or higher and knee pads are highly encouraged!

Haus of Clacks (L2+)
Haus of Clacks is where you will learn a short routine in Ambers's signature style that is fun and energetic! Learn how to hit sharp beats in the music and show off your sexy, sassy musicality and moves.
Required: This is a class for Level 2 + students. 7" or higher heels (boots strongly recommended) and knee pads required.

Sassy Stilettos (L2+)
Clack your heels and clap your cheeks in this flirty pole choreography class!
Requirements: Suitable for Level 2 pole students and up. Knee pads and heels are required!

Heel Lab (L3+)
Heel Lab is a class focusing on the fluidity of movement, heel techniques such as slides & glides, extension of movement, levity, transitions, and shapes. Students will be presented with different weekly exercises, from collaborative choreography, emotional prompts, or a specific heel technique.
Requirements: THIS iS NOT A BEGINNER CLASS! This class requires some familiarity in pole heels, a pole sit, Jasmine, and the ability to hold a split grip pencil. Minimum 7” heels (sandals with ankle straps strongly preferred) or higher, shorts, and knee pads are highly encouraged!
Pole Dance

Low Flow (L2+)
Low Flow is about helping you embrace and cultivate more fluidity in your movement through choreographed sequences that are designed to take you around the base of the pole & the floor. This class is a great way to ease into more FreeStyle-based classes and help you build more vocabulary to add to your unique movement expression.
Requirements: This class is for Level 2+ students. Bring knee pads. If you have heels, bring those also. We may or may not include heel work, depending on what the theme of the sequence is.

Pole Fusion
Pole Fusion combines beginner/ intermediate pole skills with various other dance styles, including Broadway, Tango, Swing, Salsa, and more!
You will learn choreography, develop character & acting skills for performance, and build ground dance techniques to complement your pole studies.
Dance styles and choreography will rotate monthly.
Requirements: This class is for Level 2+ pole students.

Filthy Pole Flow
Filthy Pole Flow is a low flow class for certified freaks! Come learn filthy choreography focused on grinding, shaking, slapping, and stroking all the things, in all the ways. Always set to a nasty playlist sure to make you clutch your pearls.
Requirements: Students should have completed several beginner pole classes and be comfortable with basic pole spins (absolutely no inverts in this class)! Wear pole shorts that leave your booty free to bounce! Knee pads tend to come I handy as we often make our way to the floor. Stripper style heels are encouraged but never required.

Swaggy Daddy
Learn how to embody your masculine with Magic Mike-inspired pole, break dance, and hip-hop moves! We'll explore classic moves such as body rolls, gyrations, hip thrusts, and the iconic "dolphin dive"! This class is all levels and gender-inclusive. Come ready to shed the feminine and experience a new way of carrying yourself with the confidence of a dick-swingin' swaggy daddy!
No prerequisites; adults of all genders and ability are welcome.
Please bring swaggy cargo pants or jeans, a tank top, a snapback hat, or any street wear that makes you feel badass! Sneakers optional.

Slowburn Seduction
In this guided freestyle class, you'll learn to sequence moves together and melt into the moments between them, all while finding your own seductive flow. Whether you're looking to use your movement to seduce an audience, special someone, or even yourself, this is the space for you!
Requirements: Wear whatever makes you feel sexy! Knee pads & 7"+ heels recommended. This class is for Level 2+ students or those with at least 5 pole experiences.

Trap House
This is a high-energy choreography class rooted in trap and southern rap music and style. We’ll break down musicality and heels technique with dynamic combos that emphasize precision and power. Expect to work up a sweat with hard style and even harder beats.
Requirements: Level 2+ Pole experience; mastery of Level 1 skills, experience dancing in heels, pole climbs. Please bring heels and kneepads.
Open Practice

Open Pole
Open Pole is time for you to come in and use the space as you wish -- to train, dance, or nap.
No skills will be taught during Open Pole, but the hosting instructor is available for spotting.
Individuals are required to have existing pole experience to join open practice sessions.

Super Open Studio
This open training experience includes access to both standard poles and our aerial room with the options for Lyra (AKA aerial hoop), silks, and aerial pole. You can use the space to practice anything you can safely do but no new skills are taught this hour. The hosting instructor is available for spotting, lighting, music, and rigging requests.
Please note that we have 6 aerial rigging points available on a first come first served basis.
Individuals are required to have existing pole or aerial experience to join open practice sessions.
