This aerial silks choreography workshop with Jennie is built around curiosity: how do you get from Point A to Point B in a way that feels interesting and satisfying? After a brief warm up, we'll look at each skill in the sequence on its own, then gradually layer in transitions to grow a longer phrase piece by piece. Along the way, we'll break down how each transition functions, so you understand the purpose behind every movement and walk away with tools to design your own "signature" sequences.
PREREQUISITE: Comfortable inverting in the air on silks
