If you’ve always wanted to try pole dance then this series is for you! If you’ve taken a couple of beginner pole classes but you want to get serious about moving up, then sign up! Join Sarah Slowburn in this 4 week series designed for absolute beginners or current level 1 students who want a more personalized and expedited advancement through the Level 1 curriculum. Each week, we’ll introduce foundational skills and sequences with tips on how to train them. We’ll develop your pole vocabulary, skin tolerance, body awareness and strength so you have the framework and confidence to advance to the next level. Level 2 here you come!
No pole or athletic experience necessary! All adults welcome.
