Policies

 


Studio policy

  • A liability waiver is required for all class, workshops, and party participants.
  • Classes, packages, and memberships are non-transferable
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
  • If you are late by up to 15 minutes, it is up to your instructor whether not you will be allowed to join the class. Arrival after 15 minutes is an immediate cancellation and will follow the cancellation policy. Please make an effort to be on time!


GROUP CLASS Cancellation Policy

  • We understand life happens and sometimes you have to cancel class. Please do so as early as possible.
  • Class cancellations within 3 hours of class time and no shows will forfeit class credit. Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee that will be donated to a charity of soFly Social's choice (we support the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, Austin Pets Alive, the Austin Humane Society, and CASA).
  • Classes with no sign ups within 3 hours of class time will be cancelled. 


Membership Freeze Policy

General Freeze

  • You may temporarily suspend your membership once per contractual year for a minimum of one month and a maximum of 3 consecutive months for a fee of $15 per month. 
  • Your membership picks up where you left off in your contract timeline when you unfreeze.
  • Please contact the studio to initiate a general freeze.

Medical Freeze

  • With a signed doctor’s note, we will freeze your membership for up to 12 months with no charge.
  • The doctor’s note must be on the physician’s letterhead with a clearly stated reason and a date to return to exercise, and have a signature.
  • Your membership picks up where you left off in your contract timeline when you unfreeze.
  • Please contact the studio to initiate a medical freeze.

Private / Semi Private session Policy

Booking a Private / Semi-Private Session

  • Private/semi-private class requests made within 24 hours of session time may not be able to be accommodated. We recommend requesting appointments as early in advance as possible.

Private / Semi-Private Cancellations

  • If a cancellation request is made 1 week before the reservation date, we will provide a full refund of your session. You may also reschedule at no additional charge.
  • If a cancellation request is made less than 3 days before the reservation date, we will refund 50% of your session fee to your card. You may also reschedule at no additional charge.
  • Please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation before the reservation time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged in full for the session.

Lateness

  • Your session starts at the reserved time, and lateness will result in a shorter session. Tardiness exceeding 30 minutes is subject to cancellation and you will be charged full price for the booking with no refunds.

Refunds

  • We do not provide refunds for private and semi-private sessions. If you took the class, you pay for the session. 


Party Policy

Booking a Party

  • When you request a party appointment we take a deposit of 50% of the party fee.
  • Party requests made within 24 hours of session time may not be able to be accommodated. We recommend requesting appointments as early in advance as possible.

Party Cancellations

  • If a cancellation request is made 1 week before the reservation date, we will provide a full refund of your deposit. You may also reschedule at no additional charge.
  • If a cancellation request is made between 3 to 6 days before the reservation date, we will refund 50% of your deposit to your card. You may also reschedule at no additional charge.
  • If a cancellation request is made less than 3 days before the reservation date, you will lose your entire deposit and may not reschedule unless you put down another deposit.
  • Please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation before the reservation time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged in full for the party with no refunds.

Lateness

  • Your party starts at the reserved time, and lateness will result in a shorter party time. Tardiness exceeding 30 minutes is subject to cancellation and you will be charged full price for the booking with no refunds.

Refunds

  • We do not provide refunds for parties. If you took the class, you pay for the party. 

RENTAL Policy

  • Space rental prices are for any vacant blocks inside of our existing schedule. 
  • Space rentals prices are not valid for profit purposes.
  • 24 hour cancellation policy applies to booking a space rental. Refunds are not provided if you cancel less than 24 hours ahead of time.
  • Space rentals are by the hour. We do not book half hour increments.
  • The end of your space rental means ready to leave the space. Overage charges may apply.
